Crafted with a blend of Carrageen Moss, Serrated Wrack, and Atlantic sea salt, our bath mixture creates reverse osmosis, pulling out negative toxins and heavy metals while infusing your bath with essential minerals, collagen, and vitamins.

Instructions:
1. Place the seaweed bag in the bath directly under the hot water tap and turn on the tap.
2. Allow the bag to soak in the hot water for 10 minutes to hydrate and infuse the water with natural compounds.
3. Add cold water to obtain a comfortable bath temperature, then add ANAM Atlantic sea salts.
4. Soak in the bath and squeeze the bag to release more of the seaweed's goodness.
5. Use the bag as an exfoliating sponge to apply the seaweed bioactive compounds directly to your skin and hair.
6. After use, dry out the seaweed bath and muslin bag for reuse within one week or dispose of them in your organic bin or compost heap.
